Cancellation & Booking Policy

Appointments are paid in full upon booking or on your day of appointment by providing your card details into a secure system.
You are able to change your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your appointment commencement time.
Failure to attend appointment time will result in forfeit of booking charge and late attendance will result in reduced appointment duration.

If you have unforeseen circumstances which prohibit your attendance at late notice, please contact us via email prior to your appointment time and we will be in contact.

Free discovery chemistry sessions are limited to one per person.

Please note that fees may be subject to annual review.
