To make sure coaching is the right fit for you (and that I’m the right fit too), I offer a free chemistry/discovery session. It’s a no-pressure conversation where we get to explore what you’re looking for, how I work, and whether we’re a good match. If it doesn’t feel quite right or the timing’s off — no hard feelings, no obligation.

If you do decide to dive in, our initial coaching session gives us a bit of extra time to get clear on your goals, explore what’s brought you to coaching, and start mapping out a path forward. There’s also a little bit of admin to take care of beforehand — terms of service, that kind of thing (yes, the boring stuff — but we’ll get it sorted upfront so it’s out of the way).

Returning client? You know the drill.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

Appointments are paid in full upon booking and you are able to change your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your appointment commencement time.
Failure to attend appointment time will result in forfeit of booking charge and late attendance will result in reduced appointment duration.

If you have unforeseen circumstances which prohibit your attendance at late notice, please contact us via email prior to your appointment time and we will be in contact.

Free initial chemistry sessions are limited to one per person.

Please note that fees may be subject to annual review.
